IdeKit is a digital marketplace that sells developer kits, starter templates, code snippets, and related digital products ("Products"). All Products are delivered digitally after purchase.
3. Account and Purchases
When making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
All prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
4. License Grant
Upon successful purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Product for your own personal or commercial projects, subject to the following:
- You may use the Product to create unlimited end products for yourself or your clients.

5. Intellectual Property
All Products, including code, documentation, designs, and other materials, are the intellectual property of IdeKit or our content suppliers. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Product but does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights.
