1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using IdeKit ("Service"), a platform offering digital developer kits and templates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Digital Products & Licensing
IdeKit sells digital code templates, starter kits, and design assets ("Products"). Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Product subject to the following:
- Allowed: You may use the Product to create unlimited end products for personal projects or client work.
- Allowed: You may modify the Product source code to fit your specific needs.
- Prohibited: You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product source code itself (e.g., you cannot sell "IdeKit clones").
- Prohibited: You may not publish the Product as open-source code in a publicly accessible repository.
3. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Due to the nature of digital goods (immediate access to source code), all sales are final and non-refundable, unless required by local consumer law or explicitly stated otherwise for a specific campaign.
4. Intellectual Property
IdeKit retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the core codebase and templates provided. You own the copyright to the unique content and customizations you create using our Products.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Products will function with all future versions of external dependencies (e.g., Next.js, Supabase) or 3rd party APIs.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
