Digital Products – No Refunds
IdeKit sells digital products including developer kits, starter templates, and code snippets. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Due to the nature of digital products, once a purchase is completed, the product can be instantly downloaded and used. We cannot verify whether a product has been accessed, copied, or modified after purchase. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first may result in your account being permanently banned from future purchases.
