Products & Features

IdeKit sells premium developer kits, starter templates, and code snippets. Our products include complete SaaS starters, landing page templates, authentication kits, dashboard templates, and more. All products are designed to help you ship faster.

Each product includes the complete source code, documentation, and any associated assets. Template products include ready-to-deploy code with features like authentication, payments, and dashboards already built. Snippet packs include VS Code snippets and extension recommendations.

Yes! Most products have live demos you can explore before purchasing. Check the product page for a 'View Demo' button. You can also see screenshots and detailed feature lists on each product page.

Most of our products are built with modern technologies including Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Supabase. Specific tech stacks are listed on each product page.

Some products are sold as limited editions with a fixed number of copies available. Once sold out, they may not be available again. This ensures exclusivity for buyers and creates unique value.

Purchasing & Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are processed securely and we never store your card details.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your payment information is encrypted and never touches our servers.

Yes, all prices on IdeKit are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if you're paying from a different currency.

The price you see is the price you pay. However, depending on your location, your payment provider may apply taxes (like VAT) at checkout.

We occasionally run promotions and sales. Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to be notified of discounts. We don't offer individual discounts outside of these promotions.

Delivery & Access

After successful payment, you'll be immediately redirected to a download page where you can download your product. You'll also receive a confirmation email with download instructions.

Products are delivered as ZIP files containing the complete source code, documentation, and any assets. Simply extract the ZIP and follow the README to get started.

You can download your purchased product immediately after purchase. We recommend downloading and backing up your files right away as we cannot guarantee indefinite access.

Contact us at support@idekit.dev with your order details (email used for purchase, product name) and we'll help you regain access to your purchase.

Currently, we don't have a formal gifting system. However, you can purchase a product and share the downloaded files with someone, provided they adhere to our license terms.

Licensing & Usage

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or commercial projects. You can build unlimited end products for yourself or your clients.

Yes! You can use products to build projects for your clients. Each end product you create can be sold or delivered to clients. However, you cannot resell or redistribute the source files themselves.

Absolutely. You're encouraged to customize and modify the code to suit your needs. That's what they're designed for — to be your starting point.

No. You cannot resell, redistribute, or share the source files with others. This includes uploading to other marketplaces, sharing in public repositories, or including in products that compete with IdeKit.

Yes. Unlike some marketplaces, our license allows you to use a single purchase across unlimited personal and client projects. No need to buy multiple times.

No. Once you purchase a product, your license is perpetual. There are no renewal fees or subscription requirements.

Support & Updates

We provide email support for technical issues and questions about our products. Support covers help with setup, bug reports, and general guidance on using the products.

Support does not cover custom modifications, third-party integrations, general coding tutorials, or issues arising from changes you've made to the code. We also cannot provide support for technologies or frameworks not included in the product.

Email us at support@idekit.dev with details about your issue, including the product name, what you're trying to do, and any error messages. We typically respond within 24-48 hours.

We may release updates to fix bugs or add features. However, updates are not guaranteed and there's no automatic update mechanism. Check the product page or our announcements for updates.

Yes! All products include documentation (README files) with setup instructions, configuration guides, and explanations of key features. Some products also include video tutorials or additional guides.

Refunds & Issues

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products because we cannot verify whether a product has been used, copied, or modified after purchase.

Unlike physical products, digital products can be instantly copied. Once downloaded, there's no way to 'return' the product. This policy protects creators and ensures the sustainability of our marketplace.

If you encounter a bug, please contact us at support@idekit.dev with details. We'll do our best to help you resolve the issue or provide guidance. Critical bugs that prevent core functionality may be addressed with fixes.

We encourage you to thoroughly review product descriptions, feature lists, demos, and screenshots before purchasing. If something is unclear, contact us BEFORE buying and we'll be happy to answer questions.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being permanently banned from future purchases. Please reach out to us first — we're reasonable and want to help.
